About Colleen Whitney
Colleen has combined her love of horses and real estate in a career. Her background in mortgages and as an appraisal apprentice has afforded her knowledge in the whole process of buying and selling houses.
She and her husband currently live in Sullivan county. She is involved in town politics and our snowmobile club. Having lived most of her life in NH, she is familiar with Sullivan, Hillsborough, Cheshire, Merrimack and Belknap counties.
During Colleen’s spare time, she enjoys riding her mare Bailey. She is venturing into the world of western dressage. Summertime will find her dividing her time between riding Bailey and helping her husband with his mobile food trailer business called Deep Fried Double Wide. Wintertime will find her riding a snowmobile. Nothing more fun on a winter day than exploring the trails with a stop for lunch at a local restaurant that welcomes people who arrive via sled.
Rural NH and its history hold a special place in Colleen’s heart. Cruising the back roads of NH looking at equestrian farms big or small, lakefront homes, hunting/snowmobile cabins, cute/affordable first time homes or antique properties is a great way to spend the day.
Colleen looks forward to exploring NH with you to find your dream home.
